Returning your car
When returning your rental car, please take your keys to the Express desk and have your completed rental documents handy. Please check with our office in advance if you need to return your car outside office hours.
By prior arrangements only, for an additional fee, vehicles may be returned to an airport car park. The vehicle must be taken to the short-term car park located across the airport terminal. The parking ticket and the keys must be locked in the trunk of the car and the Express Office must be informed of the exact location within the car park i.e. terminal number, floor level, row and bay. During office hours please call 08000 43 1000 and outside office hours please send a text to xxxxxx giving the make and model of the vehicle and name of the customer.
The rental vehicle must be returned at the agreed time. Express prices are calculated on a 24 hour basis, so late returns would incur additional daily rental charges.
Fuel
The vehicle will be provided with a certain level of fuel and must be returned at the same level, otherwise a refuelling charge will apply. To save time on your return, ask about our Pre-Paid Fuel option. Express will not refund fuel cost under any circumstances.
Mileage
Rental rates on certain models offer free unlimited mileage. All vehicles in the luxury range include free limited mileage and an additional charge is applied thereafter. For details please see the rental quote when making a booking.
