Your rental quote explained

What's Included?
Your Express vehicle hire quote will generally include the following:

Unlimited Mileage
All non-luxury vehicles and people carriers (except Mercedes and Chryslers) have unlimited mileage and this means that there will be no additional charge no matter how many miles the vehicle is driven.

Airport/City Surcharge
This applies to rentals taking place from an airport or city location.

Vehicle Theft Cover
This covers the cost of replacing your rental vehicle (or parts of it) if it gets stolen. You will, however, have to pay an excess towards the replacement cost. This will vary by vehicle model between £500 to £5,000. Please note: some rates do not include Vehicle Theft Cover and you should check that this is included at time of reservation.

Vehicle Damage Cover
If the rental vehicle is damaged this will cover the cost of repairs. You will, however, have to pay an excess towards the replacement cost. This will vary by vehicle model between £500 to £5,000. This applies regardless of fault. If we can recover these costs from a responsible third party, we'll reimburse you. This coverage is also known as Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) in Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Please note: some rates do not include Vehicle Damage Cover and you should check that this is included at time of reservation.
