Express always uses its best endeavours to ensure that the vehicle provided is the same as or similar to your request.
However, due to unforeseen circumstances it may not always be possible to meet your requirements.
Under these circumstances Express would normally upgrade you to a vehicle in the next higher category without any additional charges.

Should a vehicle in a higher category not be available, Express reserve the right to downgrade the requested vehicle and applicable lower charges would apply.
